I know, I know... It's been awhile.

After Tiana got out of the hospital in January, I got really, really sick. What can I say, winter just isn't my season. My body needs fresh air and sunshine or it rebels against me. So I've been sick on and off (but mostly on) for about two months now. To make my life complete, all of the kids have been sick on and off (but mostly on) too.

We're all starting to feel better now though, and I've finally gotten the time and the motivation to do some designing.

I just released a really fun kit in the store. It's called Aliens Among Us, and it's the result of my creative team's constant nagging. Oh, did I say nagging? I meant suggestions. :D

It turns out that just about everyone on my team has children of the male persuasion, while I on the other hand have three girls. The result of this is that they want boy kits and I make mostly girl kits. I keep trying to convince them that flowers and ribbons are extremely manly, but they remain insistent. So for them, because I love them, I produced this:

Whenever I make a kit I always end up with a bunch of leftovers that don't make it into the final product. Sometimes I don't like how they work with the overall feel of the kit, sometimes I just have too many of a similar item and so I pick my favorites to go into the kit. We're heading out to Shriners for my daughter's next adjustment surgery tomorrow. So I wanted to let you all know that I'll be gone for awhile.

Long time no blog! Wow have things been crazy for me with the holiday's. There are just too many things to do and not enough hours in the day to do them!

I've even had this gorgeous kit ready to be uploaded to my store, and I just haven't gotten the time before now to sit down and get it added.

I love this kit, and it's perfect if you live in a climate like I do that gets lots and lots of snow each year. We Currently have close to two feet of the white stuff laying on the ground, and this kit will be great to scrap the pictures of my kids playing in it.
