General Guidelines

We ask that no one creates or condones a post openly disparaging any individual or group of people.

Posting the personal information (names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) of others without their permission is not allowed.

Posting from multiple usernames in an attempt to remain anonymous is not allowed.

Abusive comments, flaming, or derogatory insults are strictly against the rules. If you must disagree with another member's point of view, please do so in a mature and civil manner. Remember that each person is entitled to their opinion, even if it differs from your own. If you find yourself being flamed or insulted by another member, please notify a moderator immediately and we will look into the matter as quickly as possible.

Messages that you send privately should follow the guidelines set forth above. We will not tolerate any abusive comments, name calling, or insults that are sent through our message system.

The edit feature is to be used responsibly. While it is appropriate to edit a post in order to update, clarify or fix spelling and grammatical errors, it is not appropriate to delete all of your text or completely change the nature of a post.

CD Moderators and Administrators will move threads & replies to the most appropriate forum. Please help us make the board run as smoothly as possible by taking the time to place your threads in the proper forum and category.

Advertising and Solicitation

CD Members are allowed to display up to (but not more than) two links in their signatures that go to E-Commerce sites and/or Web stores. You may not advertise your company or product in our forums or solicit customers. This includes but is not limited to your own specials, sales, or products you sell on your website, etc.

Posts that are promotional in nature or contain commercial solicitations may be deleted by one of the administrators or moderators.

Disciplinary Action

Any member repeatedly violating these Terms of Service will be subject to disciplinary action from the administrators and/or moderators of CD. If a member is banned from CD due to recurring TOS violations, no refund will be issued for any fees that may have been paid prior to the disciplinary action.
